ITS has a new purchasing process change.
This month, ITS will begin transitioning to the HuskyBuy system, and this will replace our current internal workflow tool developed using e-Sign Live. HuskyBuy allows all University employees to create requests for goods and services and to shop online catalogs that reflect UConn contract pricing. These requests are then routed via electronic workflow to requisite approvers prior to being sent to vendors.
We recommend that all ITS employees who place order requests prepare for the change. Information about the new process is available at business.its.uconn.edu/purchasing. We are also offering in-person HuskyBuy Shopper training the week of February 18th.
